Measured Evidence Summary (Spark & LLM Red Team Records)

  • Spark scorecard (spark.html): 67 independent rounds (73 rows: 44 SHARPENED, 13 CONFIRMED, 3 REJECTED), 7 mandatory stages, and a 3-round convergence curve (0.30 → 0.48 → 0.68).
  • 10 external voices + Author (S0) citation filter (reaper-en.html#karne): Across 10 blind external voices, 394 citations were audited → 360 VERIFIED, 9 UNVERIFIED, 25 FABRICATED (6.3%); Author (S0) primary references scored 26/26 VERIFIED (0.0% fabrication); consolidated 386/420.
  • Fabrication by model tier: Cloud voices (S1–S5) achieved 314/314 verified citations; local 27B–31B models (S6–S9) produced 18 severe fabrications across 35 citations (33.3%–69.2%); headless arm S10 produced 7 identifier fabrications (5 fake PMIDs + 2 fake DOIs), disqualifying 5 theses.
  • Textbook consensus overturned (Sector Article): 4 textbook assumptions shared by 9 external models were refuted by S0 field measurements and 26 verified primary sources, producing 11 architectural revisions.

Introduction: Why single-model prompting and shared-thread agent chats fail

In technical or clinical LLM analysis, the primary risk is not gibberish, but polished multi-model consensus around outdated textbook dogma or fabricated citations.

The Spark (Kıvılcım) multi-voice protocol and its embedded LLM red team workflow are engineered to break both failure modes: independent voices answer the same anonymised brief in total isolation; no model enters synthesis by authority; every citation is audited against external registries; and every verdict must state the exact measurement that would falsify it.

1. The seven-step Spark protocol and the S0 author backbone

As documented live on spark.html, every Spark round executes seven sequential gates:

  1. 01 · Prior Expectation: Before any model is called, the orchestration channel (Anu · Claude Fable) records a single-line prior expectation in the permanent scorecard, graded at completion as CONFIRMED (EVET), SHARPENED (KESKİNLEŞTİ), or REJECTED (HAYIR).

  2. 02 · Baseline Measurement (DURUM): Existing repository metrics and experimental counts are compiled first.

  3. 03 · Anonymised Brief: An identity-stripped brief is dispatched so models cannot infer what answer the author prefers.

  4. 04 · Two-Tier Voice Collision (S0 Author + Blind External Voices): The domain author (S0 · Yusuf Aziz) builds the structural backbone and field verdicts—never reduced to "one of eleven voices"—while isolated cloud and local channels run blind to one another.

  5. 05 · Reaper Citation Filter and Red Team Sieve: Every external citation is queried by the Reaper auditor agent against Crossref, doi.org, and PubMed E-utilities. Fabricated references and generic textbook summaries (tagged EZBER / ROTE) are mechanically stripped before synthesis.

  6. 06 · Voice × Thesis Matrix and Proof Cards: Conflicts between voices are mapped into a traceable matrix with exact file:line citations and dilemma cards, culminating in the final Spark verdict.

  7. 07 · Scorecard Grading and Reaper Stamp: The initial expectation is scored against the final verdict, and the page receives a machine-verifiable Reaper stamp recording verified and eliminated citations.

2. Field case study: 10 external voices × 11 questions and 420 audited citations

On October 18–19, 2026, during Digital Dentistry: What Is and What Should Be, 10 isolated voices (S1–S10) answered an 11-question brief against 24 S0 field verdicts:

Voice / Layer Audited Citations VERIFIED UNVERIFIED FABRICATED Explicit "NO SOURCE" Fabrication %

3. Inside the LLM red team workflow: fake DOIs, shared memorisation, and 72-hour quarantine

Three empirical findings from the 420-citation audit illustrate why naive multi-agent voting fails without an adversarial red team layer:

  • Finding 1 — Correlated hallucinations break naive majority voting: Local voices S6 (Gemma 4 31B), S8 (Enki), and S9 (Enlil) ran in completely separate processes with zero communication, yet all three fabricated the exact same non-existent citations: Joda et al. 2017 "Digital technology in fixed prosthodontics", British Dental Journal and Sailer et al. 2009 "A systematic review…", IJP.
  • Finding 2 — "Knows the paper, invents the identifier" (Light Fabrication): In headless voice S10, the cited papers and authors were real, but 7 out of 45 citations carried invented PMIDs or DOIs resolving to unrelated articles.
  • Finding 3 — The EZBER (Rote) filter and 72-hour quarantine: Responses that cite real papers but merely repeat generic textbook summaries without addressing the specific field dilemma are tagged EZBER and excluded.

4. How 4 textbook assumptions shared by 9 models collapsed under field measurement

Red teaming also exposes where multi-model consensus diverges from physical reality.

  1. Overturned Assumption 1 ("Clinical need precedes device adoption"): Field reality operates in reverse: technology imposes need (T11.5), and where the device exists, measurement exists.

  2. Overturned Assumption 2 ("Lithium disilicate for anterior, zirconia for posterior"): Properly bonded single-unit lithium disilicate restorations achieve posterior survival comparable to anterior crowns.

  3. Overturned Assumption 3 ("Pressed veneers beat chairside CAD/CAM"): In-house Clinical Lab workflows standardize same-day ceramic/composite laminates and injection moulding, while gradient zirconia discs dissolve old full-arch boundaries.

  4. Overturned Assumption 4 ("Hospital quality paperwork raises the clinical floor"): Regulatory quality documentation (SKS) measures paperwork compliance rather than clinical survival.

5. Convergence metrics, scorecard distribution, and falsification gate

Across all 67 Spark rounds recorded in the autonomy scorecard (73 evaluation rows), the initial expectation was confirmed unchanged in only 13 rounds (CONFIRMED), modified and sharpened by counter-evidence in 44 rounds (SHARPENED), and outright falsified in 3 rounds (REJECTED). In three-iteration collision rounds, the inter-voice convergence index rises along a measured 0.30 → 0.48 → 0.68 trajectory.

Falsification gate: If on ≥20 blind synthesis tasks a single model yields fewer citation errors and higher expert accuracy than the 7-step Spark + Reaper pipeline, the protocol fails.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is an LLM red team workflow in a multi-agent research architecture?
An LLM red team workflow runs mechanical checks before synthesis: Crossref/PubMed/DOI verification, shared-hallucination detection, rote-summary (EZBER) filtering, and falsification gates.
How does the Spark multi-voice protocol prevent groupthink across AI agents?
Unlike shared-thread chats where models copy the first speaker, Spark sends an anonymised brief to 10 isolated channels while Author S0 sets the backbone.
What were the exact citation fabrication rates across cloud and local LLMs in the 420-citation audit?
Across 420 citations, cloud channels (S1–S5) scored 314/314 (0% fabrication) and Author S0 scored 26/26, while local 27B–31B models had 33.3%–69.2% fabrication and S10 had 15.6% ID mismatches.
What happens when an AI agent or model voice fabricates a DOI or PMID?
Severe fabrications and light DOI/PMID mismatches disqualify that voice's thesis (next-round weight 0.5), and repeated faults trigger a 72-hour quarantine.

Digital Dentistry: What Is and What Should Be — The Türkiye and Global Equation

Debates on digital dentistry are usually trapped between an abstract normative "measurement loop" and descriptive "capital scale and vendor lock-in." Yet the primary force driving real movement in the field is technological imposition (T11.5: technology imposes needs), and if there is a device in the clinic, there is already measurement: the intraoral scanner and CBCT are themselves measuring instruments (though technological imposition also carries clinical risk; what should be is non-coercive acceptance). In this synthesis, we collided the Author's (S0) 20 clinical and sectoral field verdicts and 4 internal editorial/method rules (26/26 primary sources, 28 citations in body) with the counter-theses of 10 independent external voices (S1–S10)—including S3 Astra (38/38), S4 Opus (133/133), and S5 Sonnet (77/77)—and Reaper's mechanical citation audit across 394 external citations (360 VERIFIED). From the three-axis conditional default in short spans, full-arch immediate workflows with surgical guides + AI segmentation, and mandatory milled PMMA in provisionals, to the in-house "Klinik Lab" transformation, the Expat ≠ Tourist and Türkiye–Europe technology/service equation, the four-tier material axis, "natural vs showy" smile design, prep-reducing AI visual previews, zero waiting + hospitality in private dentistry, the institutional know-how dead end, the zero patient impact of SKS paperwork, and Decision Privacy, we lay out the complete equation between "what is" and "what should be" with every falsifier test.

Who Trains Whom?

This essay began with one question: In prolonged human–AI collaboration, does the human train the machine, or does the machine quietly steer the human toward the path of least resistance? First, we collided seven independent AI voices blind to one another (Gemini 4 Argon, Gemini Web Argon High, Claude Fable 5.1 / Opus, ChatGPT / Astra, Grok 4, Gemma 4 31B, and Qwen 3.8 27B); second, we ran N = 96 live weight-training (MLX QLoRA) and distillation experiments on our Mac Studio (M3 Ultra, 96 GB). Our binary question collapsed into a two-layered verdict: (1) Left unruled, neither human nor machine trains the other — the intermediate schema (alias tag, clipping threshold, multiple-choice form, unread trigger) trains both; a machine's “persona narrative” and a cold evidence rule produce zero difference in factual judgment (Δscore = 0.0000, 54/54). (2) The core discovery: What trained the local models in Round 2 was not Google's raw Gemini 4 Argon model, but Atlas — the Constitution, Evidence Gate, and Spark Falsification Algorithm (VERDICT · THESIS · EVIDENCE · COUNTER-THESIS · FALSIFIER) we forged over 78 days, using Argon merely as a compute mount. Trained for just 75.93 seconds with Atlas's laws via QLoRA, a local 3B model jumped from 43.8% to 93.8% accuracy, beating unruled 27B (87.5%) and 31B (75.0%) models ten times its size. When the same algorithm was enforced on Gemma 4 31B, it hit 16/16 (100%) accuracy while running 2.61× faster. What works is not raw model size, but the human-forged laws and algorithm.

Ban or design?

The regulation setting an age limit for social media was published in the Official Gazette on 10 October 2026 and takes effect on 1 November. The piece looks less at the ban itself than at the rules written beside it and how they will be measured; each of its six theses carries the strongest opposing view and the measure that would change our mind. Its conclusion: most rules are already written, and what is missing is data showing whether they work, so it offers five recommendations with first-year measures.

The rule has a new owner

Dragon's Dogma 2's expansion Dark Arisen came out on 9 October; the piece asks what modern big-budget games have lost, what the expansion brings back and what it doesn't, and what that says for design outside games. Its answer: Dark Arisen doesn't restore the old, it gathers scattered goods, and the best friction is the one you don't remove when you could. It draws five lessons for the designer and sets out five things that would change our mind.

The forced bet

The piece asks why people and governments seem so indifferent when statistics don't lie, and looks for the answer in two halves: what the statistics say, and who is seated at the table. The numbers show slow accumulation, not indifference; its thesis: people did not knowingly choose the risk; it was distributed to them. Under each thesis it says which model defended it and which opposed it, and it lists the numbers that would sink the piece.

The crisis opens the door, oratory lets it in

The piece tests the sentence that human ego always brings the same destruction by choosing a certain type of leader, using five AI voices and a red team; the ego here is surrender to one's own craving, not a personality trait. What remains: the gap exists, not in every government but in some; the crisis opens the door, oratory lets it in, without constraint exit grows longer, and the bill is measured. "Always" and "the same" fell: in more than three quarters of the cases no serious backsliding was measured, and the outcomes split into three distinct types.

Why doesn't Turkey have a global whisky brand? Should it?

Turkey did have a whisky: state-founded, on shelves in 1963, gone around 2009. Today the obstacle is neither history nor raw material; it is an asymmetry inside the law, a high tax base, exclusion from incentives and three years without revenue. Verdict: it can be done, but the most realistic path is not starting from scratch; it is an already-licensed distilled-spirits producer opening a whisky line. Two rounds: the first gave the verdict, the second the spark. Accumulation enters the bottle first not as liquid but as wood and measurement.
